RESERVATIONS

*Contact Us: Terms and Conditions – All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. Nite Trane Transportation will accept all major credit cards. We require a 50% deposit to book an event. The deposit will reserve the vehicle, time and date for you event.

*Cancellations for Airport Runs: Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. For Client Directed and Point-to-Point Service Sunday through Friday, we will accept cancellations without a charge, up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

*Wedding service must be pre- paid two weeks prior to the wedding date.

*Gratuity is added at 20% for Prom’s and Weddings.

*Nite Trane has a 2 hour minimum.

*All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit is made this will confirm your reservation and acknowledge your acceptance of this agreement.
